When you submit the form we attach the campaign parameters from the link you followed, the site that referred you, and the first page you landed on. It tells us which work is worth doing. It is only ever sent together with an enquiry you chose to send.

How the site is used
Analytics records which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. Nothing is set until you accept, and declining is a working choice rather than a delayed one.
What we do not do
No accounts, no payments, no selling anything on.
There is nothing to sign up for on this site, so there are no passwords and no payment details. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not track you across other websites. If you decline cookies, no analytics or advertising cookies are set at all.
Who else sees it
The services we run on.
We use a small number of providers to run the site. They process data on our instructions and may store it outside your country, including in the United States. If you want to know exactly which providers we use, ask us and we will tell you.

The system where enquiries are kept so we can answer them.

Your choice, changeable at any time.
We ask before setting analytics or advertising cookies, and we remember your answer in your own browser so we do not ask again. Two other small values are kept in your browser and never sent to us on their own: the choice itself, and the campaign details described above, which are held only until you close the tab.

Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Write to contact@bmadcode.com and we will act on it. We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, and delete them on request.
